Discovery call with Penny

You’ll get time directly with Penny — not a sales rep, not an assistant. She’ll want to know who you are, what drives you and whether this is the right fit for both of you.

Receive the franchise information pack

If we’re aligned, you’ll get the full disclosure document — financials, support structures, legal terms, everything. We want you to go in with your eyes open.

Agreements & onboarding

Once you’re ready, we finalise the agreement, lock in your exclusive territory, and kick off your training and onboarding with the Get Handy team.

Open your doors

You launch your first workshop with the full support of Penny and the national team behind you. From here, you build it your way — on a foundation that already works.
